Returns and Replacements

A customer may return goods within 14 working days of receipt for a full refund less shipping costs.

The customer is responsible for the costs incurred in returning the goods, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods.  The goods must be returned in the condition in which they were first supplied.  Please include a covering letter explaining the reason for the goods being returned and your full name and address.  The customer will be refunded within 14 days of our receipt of returned goods.

Missing goods, damaged goods or any other disputes should be reported either by email or by telephone within 14 working days of receipt.  We will endeavour to correct faults and replace where possible, however the goods may be returned for a full refund (including postage).
